We ship within 3 business days via USPS, using a flat rate fee of $8.00. All items are also available for free local pick-up from our primary location, 999 E. Murray Holladay Rd. Ste, 204 Millcreek UT 84117.
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your products or labs. We offer in-store credit only or exchange for products if returned within 30 days. Labs can be canceled minus a 5% refund fee if canceled within 30 days. Please contact our Support team if you need assistance with a refund or return.
