Testosterone Therapy For Men
Start feeling like yourself again with personalized testosterone therapy designed to restore energy, strength, and confidence with options tailored to your body and lifestyle.
This isn’t what you think testosterone therapy is
We’ve learned a lot about testosterone therapy– and it’s changing how men approach energy, strength, and long-term health.
Today, research and clinical experience continue to support the role of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in improving quality of life when levels are low.
If you’ve been dealing with low energy, decreased strength, brain fog, low libido, or just not feeling like yourself, TRT may be part of the solution.
Not all hormone therapy works the same and how your body receives treatment matters more than most people realize.

How Testosterone Therapy Works
It all starts with a conversation.
We take the time to understand how you’re feeling, what’s changed, and what your goals are. From there, we guide you through the next steps- simple, clear, and personalized to you.
We start by understanding you
We don’t assume we have the answers about your body. We listen first: your symptoms, your concerns, and what’s not feeling right.
We take a deeper look at your labs
We order comprehensive lab work to understand your hormone levels and how your body is functioning–so your treatment is based on real data, not guesswork.
We review your results together
We walk through your labs with you and explain what’s happening in your body so you can make informed decisions about your care.
We create a plan that fits your life
Your treatment is personalized based on your labs, your symptoms, and your goals–with options that work for your lifestyle.
“If this helps me have a better quality of life for a while and I can be myself and be present with my kids and my family, it’s worth it.”

Lab FAQs
My labs came back as "normal." Now what?
First, “normal” results don’t mean that you are crazy or making up the fact that you aren’t feeling yourself.
Lab results in the normal range only mean that, on average, most individuals in your age range have a similar level of the reading on the test.
Bio-identical hormone therapy is looking for OPTIMAL over normal. A provider who aims to achieve optimal results will be looking for optimal hormone levels as well as, optimal thyroid function, supplements and dietary suggestions. Each of these components work together to help treat the whole individual.
What lab panels do you order?
For both men and women, will order a lipid panel, Vitamin B, Vitamin D-25 hydroxy, CMP CBC.
We will also check a thyroid panel to include a TSH, T4 total, T3 Free, and TPO.
Additionally, for women, we will order the estradiol, testosterone total, and FSH.
For men, we will order the estradiol, testosterone free & total, and a PSA for men ages between 55-69.
How long will my lab results take to come in?
It can take up to 10 days for our office to receive your lab results. After our office receives the results, we call you to set up a hormone evaluation visit (either in-person or virtually).
What can I expect once my labs have been received?
We’ll schedule a lab evaluation visit and spend anywhere from 45-55 minutes reviewing your results.
You will learn about what your present baseline is, areas that can be improved, and receive suggestions on a hormone therapy program, thyroid support, and supplements and dietary options all geared toward optimal health and wellbeing specific to your body and needs.
If you would like to proceed with therapy suggestions, we are happy to proceed with the recommended treatment or help you connect with another provider who can help you implement a plan that works best for you.
