Gut Restoration
Talking about your body is never off limits
Wellness goes so much deeper than what you see on the outside.
When you don’t feel your best, you don’t act your best. It can be draining and embarrassing to be constantly reminded of your digestive issues. These thoughts take away from the important stuff, like your relationships, your family, your passions and your career.
Our gut restoration program supports you in reviving your gut microbiome, so you can show up the way you want, without worrying about what you ate or will eat, how your pants waistline might feel later, and where the closest bathroom is.
If you’re struggling with stomach pains, digestive symptoms, or regular bathroom trips, our gut restoration program might relieve your symptoms and get you back on track to living the life you want.

Gut Restoration FAQs
How does gut restoration work?
Addressing gut health can improve immune function, hormone balance, and better living. Since there is no single correct gut profile, our goal is to reduce discomforting symptoms.
Gut Restoration works by healing inflammation within the lining of the digestive track first. As inflammation is reduced, we then focus on creating a healthy and diverse gut environment through:
- Food education
- Supplements to feed healthy gut bacteria and reduce over production of harmful bacteria.
What should I expect from the gut restoration program? How long does it take?
We generally recommended starting with a 3 month program, where we meet once per month.
If little improvement is made we recommend a fecal test and a follow up appointment to review results. 3 months of follow-ups are recommended post the test results.
If everything is on track after the three months, we then recommend a year of monthly or quarterly visits to check in and ensure a balanced gut microbiome.
For individuals who have been suffering for many years this process can take longer with gradual improvements being made each quarter.
I’m not sure if this is the right thing for me. How do I know?
Gut restoration can help anyone battling frequent digestive issues. We encourage you to schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss your concerns to determine if this treatment is right for you.
