Shinrin-Yoku or “Forest bathing”
It was first developed in Japan as a way of restoring mental and physical health and is a source of healing and wellness. By opening the senses of touch, taste, smell, and sound in nature, you can experience healing, a reconnection to your higher self, and heightened intuition. Step into nature and leave behind worry, stress, and fear.

She recognized the impact energy work and nature had on her recovery and became involved with Redi4Wholeness, Tai Chi and forest bathing for continued emotional, spiritual and physical healing. Her passion is helping others on their journey to wholeness through nature and forest connection.
